I lost a more expensive titanium wedding band and, thinking it could happen again, didn't want to break the bank replacing it. The only noticeable difference betweeen the two rings is that on this ring there is a small flat edge (~1mm) on the side where the inner bevel and outer rounded surface come together. It's only noticeable upon close inspection. If you're not much for jewelry and just want to let people know you're hitched without all the flash, this is perfect. A note on titanium: the material will scratch and it is light...these are simply properties of the material and don't indicate "cheapness".
This ring fits well, wears well, but is not pretty. It doesn't shine at all, but the thought is what counts, isn't it? This is for my husband who works hard. It was not meant to be dressy.
