But this ring is a major exception...
I'm getting married in May and one of my responsibilites was to find and buy my wedding band. Since I was in high school I hated the way rings felt on my hand and the way they looked(mainly the graduation or state championship type). So as you could guess, it was a chore for me to find the right piece of metal that I'll wear for the rest of my life.
My fiance and I went to a few jewelers to get sized and tried to find the right kind. I figured Tungsten Carbide was the best bet so I did some research on the metal and ring. Claims have been made that tungsten carbide is over 3x harder than steel. It's melting temperature is hotter than gold. "The finish is highly resistant to scratches and scuffs, holding its mirror-like shine for years."
I ordered it on a friday morning and got it on the following monday. When I tried on the ring it was exactly what it looked like in the pictures; and exactly what I wanted in a ring-IT IS COMFORTABLE AND AWESOME LOOKING, no bs.
It's only 15 bucks=19.50 total with tax + shipping and handling.
Either pay the $300-$500 tungsten carbide that you see in jewelry shops or search online and pay 20 bucks for the same awesome looking ring.
Tungsten Carbide cannot be resized because it is so strong of a metal. So if you needed a new one come back here and shell out another whopping $20 for your wedding band, instead of another $300+.
